We hope that you are delighted with every order you receive from woodentopsmusic.com, however if you are not perfectly satisfied with your items, you have 28 days from order date to return them to us for a refund or exchange. Please contact store@woodentopsmusic.com if you wish to return or exchange any items from your order within 10 working days of receipt giving order number which starts WT and following 4 numbers and follow the instructions.
woodentopsmusic.com does not accept refund / exchange for items returned in un-saleable condition. Clothing must be returned in a new, unused and undamaged condition and Audio CD must be kept sealed/un-opened.
